If you are an athlete, we want to help you fuel your body properly so you can reach those performance and aesthetic goals. Nutrition is NOT one-size-fits all. These nutrition plans are 100% personalized for each unique goal and made just for YOU.

Childcare – Free

If you are trying to balance your fitness schedule while being a parent, we’ve got you covered. With the childcare service, you can sign up with a Childcare Membership and reserve for the Kids Room. What is Kilo TRAINED?

Kilo Trained is a Strength and Conditioning program that is designed to prepare the body and mind for the demands of daily life. Workouts are varied and intense, but worth the effort. Movements include weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio.

What is Kilo BOOST?

Kilo Boost workouts are a combination of Strength Training, HIIT and Kickboxing. We utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, as well as cardio machines including rowing and biking. This program will help to develop your strength, and capability in your everyday life.
 
 

What is Kilo KIDS?

Tuesday & Thursday 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM
Kilo Kids is the perfect way to keep your children active and healthy. Just like adults, children need different types of exercise to stay active (aerobic, muscle strengthening, coordination & balance). Exercise is a vital component of any child’s development and lays the foundation for a healthy life.
